Paints Finish the Butler Series with a Win

 Chillicothe stayed in Butler for the last game of the series, Tuesday. The Paints started off strong with 2 runs in the first inning. Butler returned one of the runs in the bottom of the first. The Paints scored another run in the second. Butler scored 2 runs in the second and 1 run in the fourth. In the sixth, the Paints started to fire up. They scored 3 runs in the sixth, 1 run in the seventh and 4 runs in the eighth. Butler could only answer to 1 of those runs, with 1 run in the sixth. The Paints finished the game with a score of 11-5.


The Cavs News Highlighted Player is the designated hitter, Andrew Czech. Czech had 2 hits, 3 RBI, and no strikeouts.


The Paints return to VA Memorial Stadium for 2 games to take on the Hannibal Hoots.
